Shopping at www..Myla.es is very easy. Just follow these steps:

Choose the product type (necklace, ring, handbag,….).

View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail.

Select an item and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.

If you want  to process your order you must register  as a guest.

Select a payment method: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, PayPal,…

Confirm the order.

You will receive an email confirming your order.

DELIVERY

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.

Your parcel will arrive within 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you place your order ( Spain in 5-6 working days)

We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, Paypal,….

RETURNS

All returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible, mail info@myla.es  to ask for return address .

The items must be in perfect condition.       

 Jewelry items cannot be returned or exchanged.             

The items  must be returned in the original  packaging.

Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.

Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within 15 woking  days.   

The shipping charge will not be refund

You will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase

Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 7 days of delivery date. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
